About Me
Hi! My name is Morgan D’Avella and here is a piece of my journey. I started practicing breathwork and meditation in high school but really came to understand the power behind the work when I was in nursing school. I faced anxiety and panic attacks that made me spiral for days. I started a daily guided breathwork practice that released my mind from thoughts and ideas that did not serve my higher purpose. I was finally able to move through difficult situations without fear and started to embrace the unknown. I became a registered nurse in 2021 and have worked in neurology, holistic and functional health, and stroke rehab. I have cared for people in their most vulnerable moments, whether it be a sudden stroke completely changing their ability to communicate, a family member coping as a new caregiver, or someone suffering from chronic mold or lyme illness. I have witnessed and held space for the many layers of pain and fear we are capable of holding onto. Throughout my career I continued to further my spiritual practices and deeper my connection to the present moment. One of the major ways I did this was having a consistent meditation practice. After following his work for some time, I attended Dr. Joe Dispenza’s week-long advanced meditation retreat where I further learned the power of healing the body with the mind. This led me to a holistic approach to life, especially healing. And human touch is a vital part of that approach. With a world that is becoming more digitalized and artificial intelligence is the mainstream, we need connection with ourselves and others more than ever before. Let’s work together to release the pain of your past and learn to feel into the present moment one breath at a time.
